Parts of your application

All cadets applying for a course are responsible for their own application and must ensure that they include all the paperwork listed below that the applicant is to complete.

All Courses 
  • School report transcript
    • ​Official transcript, obtained from school's office. 
  • A typed one-page personal narrative
    • ​See the national course handbook for details on how to write this
  • Optional activities list
    • ​This form will be given to you once you submit the initial application form

Power and Glider 
  • A photocopy of the Medical Certificate if already in possession of the candidate 
    • Must be submitted to the RC Air Ops O by 1 June 2016.
  • A photocopy of a proof of birth and nationality, this can be a birth certificate, passport, citizenship card or Permanent Resident Card
  • One passport photo only, stamped but not signed, for licensing purposes. If already in possession of a valid license, do not require a passport photo

IACE 
  • 3 completed IACE Association Information Forms, each with a passport photo glued in the appropriate location (printed in participation application package from Fortress)
    • ​Will be given to you once you submit the initial application form
